Be inspired

Our process

For all you homeowners, here’s how LivSpace works for you:

1. ENQUIRE ABOUT IT

To start the design process, get in touch with us via the ‘Get Started’ button below, with details about your project. Once we’ve touched base, we can discuss any inspiration you have, building requirements, plans and budget.

2. DESIGN IT

Our LivSpace Designer will work with you, creating 3D renders with our CAD software so you can really get a feel for how your dream space will come to life. You’ll be given a specification sheet for dimensions to check it works with your building plans.

3. CONFIRM IT

We’ll present your final design for you to confirm. We need approximately 6 - 8 weeks for manufacturing ideally prior to your chosen install date - but if you need it sooner, let us know.

4. INSTALL IT

We’ll transform your vision into reality by seamlessly installing your newly designed space, which will be arranged by our LivSpace Project Manager, using our specialist providers and trusted tradespeople.

Our FAQS

  • A one-on-one design consultation with our designer to discuss the following:

    • The design and layout for your space

    • Material selection for cabinetry, finishes, benchtops, sinks and handles

    • Lighting options that can be used in the space

    • Appliance packages from Fisher & Paykel or recommendations

    Following on from your consultation

    • Our designer will be in touch to go through the design

    • We will discuss any changes that may be required

    • A detailed quote will be presented along with 3D renders

    On acceptance of quote

    Our Project Manager will consult with you regarding;

    • Job schedule confirmation

    • Final site measure

    • Final plans to be signed off

     Install Day

    • YAY!

    • Our team of installers will be onsite from first thing, if there are Stone benchtops, these will be templated 48 hours after cabinetry installation and will be installed by the benchtop fabricator (approx. 7 days after template)

    • Any remedial work to be noted and processed (if required)

     After completion

    • Final check and sign off

  • Overall, the process takes around 6- 8 weeks from initial design consultation through to final sign off.
